Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help:
- Try restarting the device in order to refresh the on-going session
- Try turning off the device's own WiFi connection and then turn it back on
- If possible, to rule out any communication problems between the game server and your service provider, try using an alternate connection
- Close all other background applications/currently running applications to make sure the bandwidth is not being siphoned by another program
- If your connection is also used by other people you may also check to see if anyone may be downloading large files or streaming videos as both can be quite taxing on your connection
- If your device may have not enough space, kindly free enough space so that the game data may load properly
