The cause may be one of the following:
1) Your device model particularly its processor and GPU might not be supported.
2) Your device OS or the game App may not have been updated to its latest version.
3) There could be a problem with the network connection.
4) Your device may have not enough storage space. Even if you’ve already installed the game in the past, please always have some space available just in case there is a necessary update you need to install to continue playing the game.
If it is not one of the above, we suggest uninstalling the game to remove possible corrupted files and then reinstalling the game. HOWEVER, before doing so, please make sure that your game account is connected with a Facebook account. If it is not, your game data will be lost without any option of restoration if you uninstall the game.
